The two 48 mm grip handles are set at an angle to allow for grip options from 20" to 25.5" wide. Secure, dependable, and perfect for performing a variety of knee and leg raises to target your abs.
NOTE: This item is not compatible with T-3 Series Racks purchased prior to October 2021. Additionally, if your rack is not bolted or secured to the ground, you must use the T-3 Series Y Dip on the inside of the rack.
